Bovada

Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Bovada Casino (the "Service"), operated under licence from the Government of Curacao and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a wager you accept these Terms and the documents they reference (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling, Cookie Policy, Complaints). If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble online in your country, state or territory of residence. You confirm that gambling is not prohibited by the laws applying to you and that you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where it is lawful to do so. The Service is offered "where permitted" — it is not available in every country, and the list of restricted jurisdictions may change without prior notice. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. Account Registration and Verification

One account per person, household, IP address or shared device. You must register with your real name, date of birth and residential address; using false information voids the account and any bonus or winnings on it. We collect documents under KYC and AML rules before your first withdrawal — a government photo ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. Higher-risk accounts may need a short video verification call. We may close, suspend or limit any account where we cannot verify identity or where we believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Inactivity

Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal limits are shown in the cashier and on the Banking page. We do not charge processing fees on standard transactions; your card issuer, bank or e-wallet may. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit where the method allows it; card deposits are paid out by crypto or bank wire because most US cards reject casino refunds. We process withdrawals within the times listed in the Banking table once KYC is complete; network delays on crypto and bank-side AML checks on wires can extend those times. Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of $20 (or equivalent) deducted from the remaining balance until reactivated.

4. Bonuses, Wagering and Forfeiture

Bonus terms are listed on the Bonus page and on each promotion's Terms link. Every bonus has a wagering requirement, a maximum bet rule, eligible games, an expiry date and (where applicable) a max cashout cap. Real money plays before bonus money on every wager. Exceeding the max bet rule (typically $10 per spin or hand) while an active casino bonus is in play voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Stacking bonuses, exploiting low-variance game patterns, and using third-party "bonus hunting" software are all bonus abuse and lead to forfeiture and account review.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure

You must not: open multiple accounts; use a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location; share account credentials; use bots, scripts, automated wagering or AI assistants that place bets on your behalf; participate in collusion in any peer-to-peer product (poker chip-dumping, soft-play in tournaments); attempt chargebacks on legitimate deposits; or use the Service for money laundering or any criminal purpose. Breach allows us to suspend the account immediately, void affected wagers, return real-money deposits net of any fraud loss, and report to authorities and to the licensor where required.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, logos, software, graphics, text and game content on the Service are owned by Bovada, its licensors or its game providers. Personal, non-commercial use only — you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Game RNGs and Live Dealer streams are operated under provider licences; reverse-engineering or interfering with them is a material breach.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times; we do work to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance through the site banner and email. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or anticipated savings. Where local law does not permit a full exclusion of liability, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of (a) the net deposits you have made in the last 12 months and (b) $500.

8. Complaints and ADR

Disputes follow the four-step process on our Complaints page: Live Chat or email → formal complaint to compliance → independent ADR with eCOGRA → review by the Government of Curacao or the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. ADR through eCOGRA is free for the player and binding on the casino. By using the Service you agree to this dispute path before any court action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any matter not resolved through the complaints chain above falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in regulation, technology, product or pricing. Material changes are shown as a banner on your next login and as a notice in your account inbox; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new version. Where a change materially reduces your rights you may close the account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance subject to standard KYC. Last updated: 28 June 2026.
